Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Valley Woman. We take great pride in the quality of our products and in our customers' satisfaction. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
- Eligibility for Return or Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags, labels, and packaging intact.
The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, innerwear, accessories, and custom-stitched or altered items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- How to Request a Return
To request a return or exchange:
Call or message our support team at +91 92073 40706 within 7 days of delivery.
Share your order number, reason for return, and photo/video evidence if the product is defective or damaged.
Our team will review your request and, if approved, arrange a pickup or provide the return address.
- Return Shipping
If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other reasons (such as size or preference issues), the customer will bear the return shipping charges.
- Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color:
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund as per your preference.
Only one exchange is allowed per order.
- Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method or issued as store credit.
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer after confirmation of return.
Please note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Innerwear and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
Custom-made or altered garments
Discounted or clearance sale items
Items returned without original tags or packaging
- Damaged or Wrong Product Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at +91 92073 40706 within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace or refund the product at no additional cost.
- Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds for cancelled orders (if prepaid) will be processed within 3–5 business days.
